“Your mood states determine the quality of your life. Laughter yoga has the power to change your mood within minutes by releasing chemicals from your brain called endorphins. In times of difficulty, it is not easy to remain calm. By imbibing the essence of Laughter Yoga and its characteristics, one can learn to handle any situation effectively without losing their composure. It will help to keep a positive mental attitude so that you can cope with negative situations, and better deal with challenges. Laughter Yoga is a life tool, that will help to alleviate stress, depression and anxiety.” – Sylvie Dagenais-Douville
